How to delete your data
AI SMM (app.ai-smm.com) is a social media management tool. You connect your own social accounts — including Threads, Instagram and Facebook — to schedule, publish and analyze your content. You stay in control of that data and can delete it at any time using any of the methods below.
1. Disconnect a single account
Sign in to AI SMM, open Channels, select the connected account (for example your Threads, Instagram or Facebook profile) and choose Disconnect / Remove. This immediately deletes the access tokens and all data we stored for that account — including any user IDs, profile details, posts and insights obtained from Meta.
2. Request full deletion by email
Email us at info@ai-smm.com from the address linked to your AI SMM account and ask us to delete your account and all associated data. We permanently erase your data, including all information received from Meta (Threads/Instagram/Facebook), within 30 days and confirm once it is done.
Automated removal from Facebook
If you remove AI SMM from your Facebook account settings, Facebook notifies us and the platform data associated with your Facebook/Threads login is deleted from our systems.

AI SMM (app.ai-smm.com) — сервис для управления соцсетями. Вы подключаете свои аккаунты (включая Threads, Instagram и Facebook), чтобы планировать, публиковать и анализировать контент. Вы можете удалить эти данные в любой момент любым из способов ниже.
1. Отключить отдельный аккаунт
Войдите в AI SMM, откройте раздел Каналы, выберите подключённый аккаунт (например, профиль Threads, Instagram или Facebook) и нажмите Отключить. Это сразу удаляет токены доступа и все данные, которые мы хранили по этому аккаунту, включая полученные от Meta ID, данные профиля, посты и статистику.
2. Запросить полное удаление по email
Напишите нам на info@ai-smm.com с адреса, привязанного к вашему аккаунту AI SMM, и попросите удалить аккаунт и все связанные данные. Мы безвозвратно удаляем данные, включая всю информацию, полученную от Meta, в течение 30 дней и подтверждаем удаление.
